First time home here, My husband and I just purchased our first home working with Cassandra and Emidio. Cassandra has been so amazing through our whole process. The ups and downs she always had answers for us and different solutions to try. My husband had a million questions almost everyday and Cassandra was always there to listen and advise. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Cassandra. From the very first conversation, to well after closing, she was with us every step of the way. When I say she went above and beyond, I mean we had a difficult task for her. The criteria, the short time frame, our unique financial situation, the location, she accomplished and more, without missing a beat. In short, she performed a miracle. She is so knowledgeable about every aspect of buying a home and took the stress out of it by keeping us informed at each step. I feel like I gained a friend in the process because she took the time to get to know us in order to find the perfect house for us. Where do I start, she has been amazing at what she does. My home might have been considered a difficult sale to me, but her it wasn't an issue and she worked her magic and did an amazing job and got the job done. She's very thorough and explaining everything to all parties involved. I can honestly say that she is the best realtor I've ever worked with, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody any day. She's very professional and a very caring person, we need more people like her in this world. I'm truly am glad that I got here as my realtor. I will give her 10 Stars but I'm only allowed five here.
